Hope is an Executive Assistant with 10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives. She obtained a BS at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey where she graduated cum laude.

Executive Assistant
Connor oversees the execution of large projects, assisting in the coordination of resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Connor has worked with several startups and holds a BA in Management and Management Information Systems from Grand Valley State University.

Manager, Operations & Strategic Communicarions
Ken Stone produces and edits Vanguard's digital content, and serves as lead moderator for programming. Ken comes to Vanguard with many years of experience as a television news anchor, and film producer.

Seth oversees content creation and editing of blogs, videos and articles. A former journalist, editor and e-commerce VP, Seth has ghosted and collaborated on fifteen books in the last five years.

Richard is a Senior Consultant with The Vanguard Network.
He has over 25 years of experience in strategy consulting, global operations, and organizational excellence. Richard has a BS (Biology) from William & Mary and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon.

Garrick Isert is a senior consultant for leadership development and coaching. Garrick leads important programs for C-suite members of Vanguard and also provides leadership advisory for individual clients.

Felipe supports business development and underwriting efforts. His career journey has led him from studying and teaching English to sales and marketing, and recently onto fundraising at Amherst where he graduated in 2016.
